How to calculate the tokens of my own team and partner teams / members？
We will create a team automatically for a new user, and 5 tokens will be given for their first team for free.Tokens of different team belonging to the same user cannot be shared. The consumption of tokens is bound to the team and its tasks.When you invite partner teams or members to collaborate on your tasks, tokens will be deducted from your team.Similarly, when you operate on tasks belonging to other teams as a collaborator, , tokens will be deducted from his team.
Will tokens continue to be deducted if I forget to log out while operating on a task(annotate or review)?
The time for consuming tokens starts from the moment the data is successfully loaded. When submitting data, switching websites, and no operation for over 30s, we will automatically stop timer.
When it comes to AI-powered tools, what standards are applied to confirm the number of files?
Tokens will be consumed based on the number of files. For example, if there are 10 items in total, each item contains 10 frames of images, then the total number of files is 100, and each file will deduct 0.01 token.
How to issue an invoice?
Due to the monthly limit on number of invoices, customers who need to issue invoices must apply in advance. You can apply for the invoice via contacting our official customer service.
